Leider sehr unfreundliches Personal, eine schon abgeschlossene Versicherung über Ryanair wird nicht akzeptiert und man wird genötigt eine Zusatzversicherung abzuschließen. Nicht empfehlenswert!!!!

However, despite numerous follow-ups over the past few months, we have yet to receive the refund.
